How to Book the Village Hall

Booking Rempstone Village Hall is designed to be simple and straightforward. Before submitting a booking request, please check availability using our online calendar to ensure your preferred date and time are free. The steps below explain how the booking process works from enquiry through to confirmation. A member of the village hall management committee will be in touch to guide you through the process. If you have any questions or would like to arrange a visit to view the hall, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

How to Book (Step-by-Step)

  1. Check availability on our online calendar.
  2. Complete and submit the online Booking Form below.
  3. A member of the village hall management committee will contact you to confirm the details.
  4. If you have any questions or would like to view the hall, please get in touch.
  5. Once the Booking Form has been returned along with the required deposit and payment, your booking will be confirmed.

Terms & Conditions

By pressing 'submit', I confirm I have read and understood the full terms and conditions of hire and confirm my acceptance.

We ask everyone who hires the hall to:

  • Bring their own tea towels
  • Ensure that none of the furniture & equipment used touches the walls
  • Ensure that decorations are not attached to walls or paintwork
  • Leave the VH clean and tidy. Remove all rubbish and recycling to the external bins (general waste: grey bin, recycling: blue bin). Bottles/glass must be taken away by the hirer - there are no glass recycling facilities at the Village Hall
Please note: the land/field adjacent to the Village Hall is private property and can not be used by Village Hall customers. Please respect our neighbours when using the Village Hall for private events.
