Hall Hire Prices & Charges
Rempstone Village Hall offers clear and affordable hire rates to suit a range of events and activities. Whether you are planning a one-off celebration, a regular group meeting, or a private function, there are flexible pricing options available. Our charges are structured to support community use while covering the ongoing costs of maintaining the hall. This page provides an overview of hire prices and the different booking options available. Rempstone Village Hall is available for hire every day between these times:
- Monday - Thursday 9am - 11pm
- Friday & Saturday 9am - 11pm
- Sunday & Bank Holidays* 9am - 10pm
* Rempstone Village Hall is not available for hire on New Year’s Eve
The hire period must include time for setting up and clearing down. For events that finish late, you’re welcome to return the following day, booking a one hour slot, payable at the hourly rates. We’ll be as flexible as you need.
The hourly hire rate includes use of the kitchen, overhead projector, sound system and all other facilities and equipment listed on our ‘Facilities’ page.
We have linen available to hire – please see our ‘Items For Hire’ document on the Forms & Policies page for more information. Please also note that tables, chairs, linen etc. are all available to hire independently from hiring the Village Hall!
Once all details of your event have been agreed, we will send you an invoice and will ask for a deposit of £50 payable no later than 14 days prior to the booking date (returned after your event).

Payment can be made by cheque (to Rempstone Village Hall) or by BACS (Barclays, account number 20756822, sort code 20-52-69)
