What a wonderful celebration. Thank you to all those who braved the rain and still came to celebrate this special occasion and sang ‘Sweet Caroline’ with such gusto! It was a really fantastic day and great to see so many residents getting together again.

Rempstone Village Hall Committee invite Rempstone residents and their families to the Rempstone Village Street Party Sunday 5th June at 3 p.m.
Tickets have now been distributed. Each ticket is numbered for a free prize draw at the event! Please bring them with you and leave in the box by the Village Hall entrance!
The event will include a FREE picnic box, the contents of which will be suitable for vegetarians, Kindly note that in the interests of your safety, we are unable to cater for those with food allergies or food intolerances.
BEFORE THE EVENT:-
- ๐ท๐ฅDrinks pre-order forms have been distributed (please do get in touch if you’d like another copy) – please return to the Village Hall postbox or email Jane Schober by May 25th. The licensed bar will also be open throughout the event and tea & coffee will be available for purchase
- ๐จ๐ผ Children are invited to produce a picture (A4 size) on the theme of the Jubilee which will be displayed in the Village Hall windows. Please deliver to the Village Hall postbox or pass to a committee member
ON THE DAY:-
- ๐ The slip road between the Village Hall & Elms Close will be officially closed so tables and seating will be available
- ๐ถ Music through the seven decades of the Queen’s reign will be played
- ๐๐ฉ The will be prizes for the best decorated hats (children & adults alike!)
- ๐พThe free prize draw ticket will be drawn
- ๐ The Jubilee raffle will be drawn
- ๐ปThe licenced bar will be open throughout the event
- ๐ง We ask that children are kept under close supervision throughout the event
